the Obama (Bush the 3rd) administration has now re-promised to close down
Guantanamo bay and this time re-open another concentration camp in Afghanistan.
Human right's groups say that this will have the same human right's abuses as Guantanamo bay were most of the inmates haven't recived trials and have been jailed for 8-9 years.
