Communism......

WHY
WHY
WHY
WHY
WHY?!

WHAT?
WHAT?
WHAT?
WHAT?

Is there to like about communism?
Let's see how much sense Marx's theory makes when we take it apart (and compare it with it's brother/sister anarchism).

Marx's path towards communism was:

1 - fedualism would come first (monarchs and all that backwards crap)
2 - capitalism would replace fuadlism and greatly advance society and the world (and all that crap)
3 - Next the workers would rise up and create a socialist one party centrolised-democratic state......
4 - the workers would somehow "agree" to give up their power and form a classless society were everyone does musical numbers and dances in the son all day.

(as nice as part 4 sounds it won't happen).

So the workers kill every other class set up a dictatorship after a needless discremanting revoultion and then their going to what willingly give up their power to create a classless stateless society?

Why didn't Marx do what other's in his time (Anarchists) suggested at the first international (which Marx got them kicked out of).
He could have skiped the socialist phase and gone from capitalism to communism.
If the workers (or any class) set up a dictatorship their not going to want to give it up they'd only give it up if you make them.
And the only way you could make them is by forcing a dictatorship on them.

Hence Marx's path to communism (or communism in general) makes no real sense.
Class reconcilization is the way not class warfare.
Now I'm going to be labelled a fascist.

(I'd rather that then a marxist/capitalist).

  1. You'd rather be labeled as a corporatist, racist, anti-Semitic murderer than a Marxist or a capitalist?? Come on now, don't get yourself associated with the BNP.

Part 4 has nothing to do with giving up power. The functions of the workers' state will eventually become useless once communist society is developed. This can only happen once most, if not all, of the world is run by the workers and farmers/peasants. The state will no longer need to do a lot of the stuff that it does under the dictatorship of the proletariat because socioeconomic conditions have changed. When feudalism changed to capitalism, the things the government did changed and old activities faded out. The same will occur with socialism and communism.

There will be no killing, economic policies will make everyone equal in the long run. Although some people will resist in such a manner that warrants a good killing.

I don't think class reconciliation will last long if tried (again) because the interests of the upper class always run contrary to the interests of the other classes. That is why, for example, American pharmaceutical companies oppose health care reform, but 70 percent of average Americans are in favor of it (according to the NY Times). Companies want money, average Joes just want to live their life without the big boss man making it hard for them.

Right now there are ongoing revolutions in Nepal, India, and the Philippines. They seem to be having success too. Colombia and the PFLP in Palestine is a much sadder story, although the future is looking a little brighter for them. I wish I could say the same about the Maoists in Peru.

“I believe that Herr Marx is a very serious if not very honest revolutionary, and that he really is in favor of the rebellion of the masses.” - Bakunin (anarchist thinker), 1872
